All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Black Sky Squad, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Make timely payments as specified in project agreements
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Black Sky Squad
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing Structure

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

We typically require a 50% deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion. Alternative payment schedules may be arranged for larger projects.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us for use in projects.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Company IP

All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and methodologies remain the property of Black Sky Squad.

6. Revisions and Changes

We include reasonable revisions in our standard pricing. Additional revisions may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

Significant changes to project scope may require a revised quotation and may affect project timelines.

7. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, content delays, etc.) may extend the project timeline.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Black Sky Squad's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination by client, Black Sky Squad will invoice for work completed up to termination date at our standard hourly rate.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
